The Kanienkehaka (people of the flint) along with other First Nations people were the original workers/traders of Turtle Island (North America). Kahnawake Mohawk Stevedore was founded in 2019 and we returned to our roots of workers on the rivers and lakes of Turtle Island.

Our logo encompasses this history as well as my family’s image. The canoe represents what we used to travel the waterways, and the three individuals are our three children.

Kahnawake Mohawk Stevedore has quickly earned a reputation in various ports from Gaspe Baie to Nanticoke. This was achieved by the values of hard work, professionalism and respect to everyone we work for and with.
